My interest in taking this program was to educate myself on learning crucial skills like communication, conflict resolution and self awareness. Today’s workshop really enhanced my self awareness and emotional intelligence that I really didn’t realize that I was dismissing. This course I believe, will make me become a better leader and version of myself.
I have been in a leadership role with the Niagara Region for six years, but have recently moved to a new team. Professional Development is an important aspect of our careers. Leadership Niagara has given me new tools to develop my leadership style to grow within my new team.
