Individuals recognized for their leadership potential come together in an innovative training program to develop relevant skills while learning how they can positively influence our communities and our region’s prosperity.  Participants also invest new leadership learning and experiences in their organizations, improving opportunities for career advancement, and corporate and personal growth.  At the same time, they explore issues affecting the Niagara region and provide creative solutions and ideas to make a positive impact in those areas.
