I have been in a leadership role with the Niagara Region for six years, but have recently moved to a new team. Professional Development is an important aspect of our careers. Leadership Niagara has given me new tools to develop my leadership style to grow within my new team.

Today’s workshop really enhanced my self awareness and emotional intelligence that I really didn’t realize that I was dismissing.
