Program Details

Our flagship program is scheduled to run one Friday a month from October 2024 through June 2025. Through diverse formats, they will engage with and learn from current community leaders across Niagara, alongside expert researchers, consultants, and thought leaders. Participants will gain insights into Niagara’s current challenges and witness collaborative efforts aimed at supporting those in need.
Central to the program is the selection and support of a community-based group addressing a pertinent organizational challenge. Through this hands-on project, participants will enhance their community acumen, transferring skills across contexts.

Diverse in background and leadership experience, participants share a passion for learning, a dedication to community betterment, and a collaborative ethos.

Acceptance into the program requires adherence to specific commitments:

My interest in taking this program was to educate myself on learning crucial skills like communication, conflict resolution and self awareness. Today’s workshop really enhanced my self awareness and emotional intelligence that I really didn’t realize that I was dismissing. This course I believe, will make me become a better leader and version of myself.
