Through diverse formats, they will engage with and learn from current community leaders across Niagara, alongside expert researchers, consultants, and thought leaders. Participants will gain insights into Niagara’s current challenges and witness collaborative efforts aimed at supporting those in need.
Central to the program is the selection and support of a community-based group addressing a pertinent organizational challenge. Through this hands-on project, participants will enhance their community acumen, transferring skills across contexts.
